This 4-hour workshop is an investment to members your organization serves. All workshops are live in person or on zoom. A minimum of 5 participants are required.

What type of services does Empowered by Abi (EBA) offer?

Personal Development workshops for community partners and Human Resource Leadership Development for Corporations.

Who are EBA services geared towards?

Community Workshops are geared to business who offer wellness related services to their members. Sessions can be arranged for women only.

Corporate leadership services are geared towards supporting Human Resource Business Partners who strive attract talent, develop talent pipeline and strengthen overall leadership culture within the organization.

What is Personal Development and why is it important?

According to Wikipedia: Personal development or self-improvement consists of activities that develop a persons capabilities, potential, build human capital, facilitate employability, enhance quality of life, the realization of dreams and aspirations. Personal Development is important as it supports mental health, promotes wellbeing within individuals and communities.

Does a corporation/business need to have 10 participants to request services?

For community workshops, the minimum number of participants is 5. The maximum number of participants is 10. If you require an exception, please inquire for discussion and consideration. Note, there is no guarantee your exception request will be approved.

For corporate, please book a discovery call to discuss your corporate objectives. Leadership Modules can be tailored accordingly.

Does EBA provide one on one coaching?

No, EBA does not provide one on one coaching to individuals. EBA is not a business to consumer service.

What is the benefit of a workshop approach/setting?

Worshops provide more hours of instruction than a webinar. Worshops provide a dedicated time block of learning, discussion, role playing, action plan development in safe environment.

Are refunds allowed?

No. All sales are final. A lot of effort and planning goes into preparing content, workbooks, committing to the day, time and venue. Once the aforementioned plans are made and contract is signed, and payment is made, there is no refund.

I really liked the content presented in the workbook which had space for taking notes as the presentation proceeded. Along with explaining the content, she answered any questions students had. She also provided us with a copy of the recorded program so that we could play it back for more emphasis.  Abi presented the information and ideas, not in a confusing way, but in a way that made me grasp new ways to build my brand.
I really appreciated the passion behind her work.  Listening to her, I was convinced she loved coaching, especially women entrepreneurs. She taught us how to schedule our time in a way to prioritize our business in as little as a few minutes each day get the desired outcome.
